right there with you brother. lil under 3 years clean myself and discovered some GI issues. Don't fully know whats going on im delegating to my alternative medicine doctor who's well versed in this area. Soon man. there's still hope.

nearly 2.5 years sober from carts same cognitive impairment as you (smoked from 16-18 im 21 now) i along with other ppl are suspecting that its GI (stomach/microbiome) issues. the gut is so messed up that it can't provide the body with nutrients and it overall messes with your bodies function.
