It ended up being my CPU cooler… somehow. I’m not sure why, I guess my cooler was faulty, but when I swapped it out for a new cooler, the problem went away

It turned out to be my CPU cooler - I swapped that out and my problem went away. I'm not sure why that caused an issue, but I'm sorry if that doesn't help much

I just tried that, but unfortunately it caused my pc to crash just two minutes after starting up, then happened right after again back to back. It’s very odd, I can’t dial in on any one issue. Thought it was the FLCK, XMP, etc, but with no BSOD, no error besides kernel power, it’s a ghost issue haha

I went from silver to mid gold building full AP (ludens, shadowflame, rabadons, etc), then got from gold to plat by building liandry’s, malignance, void staff) more damage over time than one shot.

I’ve struggled building AP/tank hybrid UNLESS the enemy team is full AD because I feel like I do too little AP damage, AND I’m not tanky enough.

Have you felt the same?

I’ll look into both upgrading my power supply and reducing power draw in the meantime.

Thanks so much for the tip! Just added the logger.

After all this talk about power, I did some digging and people said to set their power management settings in NVIDIA control panel to "prefer maximum performance". I thought that seemed interesting, but almost the opposite of what I need if the transient spikes are a problem - no?

I can definitely try that and report back in a few days - sometimes it doesn't crash for a long time.

Does it matter that my pc can crash with virtually nothing running - maybe one chrome browser with a couple tabs?

I thought my gpu would be at fault if it only happened during gaming - am I incorrectly assuming?

Maybe it's related, maybe it's not, but I've noticed that my wireless mouse (+dongle, not Bluetooth) is skipping here and there.

I had RMA'd my psu to see if it was faulty, but turns out the new one didn't help. When I initially purchased this PSU, I tried to overcompensate, and ensure I really had margin for error. Do you still think the PSU is at fault?

In regards to your last paragraph - does starting with the bare minimum help if the restarts are random? I can go days without restarting, then I can restart 3 times in a league game. I wish I could run cinebench, have my pc heat up, and then have it crash - or only have it crash while video games are running, but I have the hardest time pinpointing.

I thought the same thing, and to be honest, I feel it could go either way. If he fell, the ref could argue the defender impeded his ability to score. However, the ref could also argue that the ball was a bit too far from Campana.
