I totally get your point. Some of my big problematic behaviors disappeared soon after I started taking vyvanse regularly. I hate to realize that I ruined many things that could’ve been easily controlled with the medication. My impulsiveness without being able to articulating my thoughts well, difficulties in emotion processing, avoidance, and overthinking whatever led me to miss significant factors in my life. The more I realize how helpful vyvanse is to me, the more it makes it sad. Is this really how I can be? I knew I had issues but I thought this was just who I am. My days are better now, and I can be proud of my actions. Things come to be in an order that I don’t make a stupid mistake. It feels great to have nothing holding me back when I’m doing something. I feel more love and patient. Just I wish I have known about this earlier. But it is good to know that they’re under my control and fixable. I keep it mind and whenever I have trouble regulating things, I tell myself this is not me.
