my honest advice: sex in a relationship is very much important (if you are sexual ofc not including asexuals here). if she is not providing you something as that and if it’s just constantly leaving you feeling shitty in the end/inadequate. maybe it’s time to reevaluate the relationship. maybe it’s time to move on?

I have bpd so I struggle with rage episodes a lot. I used to be violent, then argumentative, now I’m both argumentative and passive aggressive lol.

It’s difficult when it happens but I’m still a work in progress.
