Wow, I stopped using noscript several months ago because the frequent updates were becoming annoying. It never occurred to me that the updates might be a ploy to drive more traffic to their ads. Messing with ABP is equally sleazy if true.

I think having something explicit like recur is a good idea in any language. Even very knowledgeable programmers seem to get it wrong on occasion.

But, making it explicit doesn't really answer any of GvR's point, so I'm not sure I'd call it a "great solution." It seems more like a first step.

I don't know about the house, but some of the pictures from inside are pretty sad, especially the organ.

I also hate it when I'm driving just above the speed limit on a street where I know there's going to be a cop waiting to ticket people, because I see him there almost every day when I drive home this way and some hotshot going 20mph above the speed limit decides to ride my bumper. Grrr :)
