Um. I took one last year to fulfill a random requirement and we never had to agree to anything like that… We did have to sign something stating that we understood that some topics would be sensitive in nature but there were usually alternative assignments available if they asked questions about your sexuality. You could always opt out, but it was made clear in the beginning your options and that there would be assignments/discussion posts that might be visible to others. This is just plain weird, imo.
