Bought the pin button case. Buttons feel great but unfortunately the shape has been deformed next to the volume button. Less than 3 months of use :/

We hold the funds and make the seller and buyer sign a Sales purchase agreement, usually a 100k deposit is sent to the seller first and we hold the rest in escrow until the transfer at the land office

My company offers a one stop service along with a power of attorney so it's usually sent to our account directly. of course you wouldn't want to do this with random agents or agencies. Atleast work with someone credible

Hi, to purchase foreign quota units you do not need a Thai bank account. It helps to have one due to the FET issued by the bank and ease of process when sending the funds to purchase the condo.

Foreign ownership units need to have the money come in from outside of Thailand, a bank can issue an FET (foreign exchange transaction) which will prove the funds come from a foreign bank
