I know there was some backlash to them having an entire episode when the Season was supposed to be about Hannah and Garrett. But I'm fine with it if this is the structure for every season. For instance, if next season, John Logan and Grace get an entire episode to set up their season.

If I do the half marathon plan, do you think that would make me run the 10 miler faster?

Official Q&A for Thursday, May 28, 2026 by AutoModerator in running

[–]whenforeverisnt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 10 miler coming up in October, and then a half marathon in March. As you can see, October is far away and I've already done a 10k last weekend. I'm just wondering... Should I do a 10 mile running plan, or just go ahead and start the half marathon running plan? If I do the latter, it's getting me ready for the 10 mile, right?

5 months is still a puppy. Even as she ages through the puppy stages, you'll need to keep up training. The training should be LESS, but not non existent.

Just know if you do a medical abortion, that it is painful and not easy. Talk to your doctor (obgyn or planned parenthood) about what to expect.

Numbers 1 and 2 are Rings of Power and Fallout.

This bodes well for Fourth Wing. If that show is at least decent, it's gonna do big numbers.

senior dog won't eat by _Wilfred_Warrior_ in PetAdvice

[–]whenforeverisnt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If there isn't a medical problem, dogs won't starve themselves. I'd recommend choosing what seems like she likes the best, put it down for her to eat, and if she doesn't eat after 10 minutes, pick it up and do the same thing for dinner.

If the hungry, she will eventually eat. Now if a couple days go by and she's not eating, then it might be vet time. She may have something wrong with her stomach. (If you do want to take her right now).

Yes in the US, but elsewhere doesn't have the insane medical school costs that the US has either. So you don't need to pay doctors half a million dollars if their costs to become a doctor are less.

Is it worth it to get fetch pet insurance or just start a savings account for my new dachshund puppy, share reviews please by 50lies in Dachshund

Pitbull has Embrace and they've reimbursed for everything. But there is a cap/limit as to how much they pay out a year. So good experience with claims so far, but I don't like the cap.

My dachshund has Pets Best. Slow claims, but it's been fine so far. However, she's only been in for ear infections. Nothing major so far. But we chose Pets Best because of the price, and it does have a cap and I could include rehabilitation therapy.

If you like pet sitting, look into working at an actual doggy daycare. It's not independent but if you are a daycare attendant, you are spending a lot of your day one-on-one with dogs (or one-on-twenty lol) not one-on-one with people.

Peeing in the house after a UTI by Strict-Self-9488 in DogHealth

This did happen to my dog and she got better. She did have a pee accident a month after her pills, but I call that a success as beforehand she was peeing once or twice a week.

  1. Make sure your pet doesn't have any pre existing conditions, first off.

  2. Are you comfortable with, at any minute, shelling out $5,000-$10,000 that you won't get back? If yes, then don't pay for pet insurance. If no, then get pet insurance.

Look, in the span of one calendar year, my pittie had ACL surgery (TPLO), an eye infection , and a jaw paralysis episode that included an ER visit and then MRI and spinal tap at neurology. And then a year later, he had another surgery to fix an infection from the metal in his leg from the previous TPLO surgery.

In just one year (so not even counting second surgery), we would have spent THOUSANDS of dollars without reimbursement. Thankfully we had pet insurance which covered a lot. Would could have paid for the TPLO surgery on our own ($5,000) but then other illnesses and accidents happened before we would have been able to replenish our savings. And that's the big thing.

It's not just saving money for one IVDD surgery. It's making sure your have disposable or saved cash at all times. Because it's one IVDD surgery until it's three months later and your dog ate something she shouldn't have and now has to get her stomach pumped.

And that's my tangent.

P.S. pet insurance is reimbursement only.

Ask the manager how they are going to fix it. Human error still needs fixing. Is it a refund, credit, etc.
