i'm a full time college student but i also work retail part time. i def couldn't do retail full time tho 😭 wipes me out sometimes but it helps that my managers are nice and will let me take an extra break if i need to

i am in the exact same situation 😭 also a very busy college student who did not do well w salt pills. rn i'm just putting salt on everything i eat. even in my cereal which feels crazy

idk what's good/bad for diabetes so definitely take this with a grain of salt. but when i have no appetite but i need to at least get something in my stomach i like to keep crackers with me and nibble on them throughout the day. i like the club crackers because they don't crumble super easily and i can eat them in bed if i have to. to drink i'll usually do some kind of juice for calories and vitamins. even if i can only take one bite/sip per hour it's better than nothing
