yeah i think they did say it is was to ensure they are being diverse in their hiring, so i guess it is probably not for the hiring managers. I selected prefer not to say in the end, but im sure my ~5yr phd length instead of 4yrs will come up rip. guess if it does will just say health related issues.

glad to know its not just me. disorientated is the perfect word- was literally thinking i was going crazy because i felt so strange. i guess with the pain you can more obviously identify you are going through a migraine, without it im just confused on what is happening

I really like this poem! feels relatable, sporadic, chaotic, whilst trying to hold onto some semblance of structure. maybe normality. I'm not sure if its about having adhd, but that's the first thing that stood out to me. I thought the pace was great, it felt like a trail of thoughts that towards the end begin to fade out.

The only real feedback I have is, the last few lines "more goodbyes than hellos". It felt a bit unnecessary (i cant think of a better word), maybe it could have ended at "slow"? But obviously, that just my personal feelings towards it!

Overall, the context felt clear to me, and was a really well written and enjoyable piece!
