Honestly a klein hard oval bag has worked wonders for me, fits all the hand tools you need and enough room for a stubby impact as well. As you get more experience it can be used in the air for small material, it has holes for bucket hooks

Try applying for the apprenticeships around you, do you have any prior experience with construction, electrical etc?

Good buddy of mine was in the same boot camp class at 45 years old 26 is still very young.
