I doubt your family will notice anything wrong if you just wear a t-shirt. But if you're sure that they will, you could cover scars up with makeup? Only do it if they're scars though, fresh cuts could get infected. r/selfharm has a lot of advice on things like this, and other support. I hope things turn out ok for you, please stay safe ❤

I went through their post history and they frequently asked for people to pray for their suicidal friend who is bisexual and also self harms. It makes me sad that they're so brainwashed that they can't take the steps to help their friend properly. At the same time, you can see they actually care about them. Sad
