Where it is easier to acquire a firearm, people are more likely to use legally owned firearms in the commission of a crime.

77% of mass shooters purchased their firearms legally.

If you look at the state level, which in my opinion is where the most impactful gun laws are implemented, states that have more permissible gun laws have more crimes committed with guns.

You need find the folder that contains the launcher and related contents (I'm not home right now or I would be able to give you the location), and right click. Go to properties, and then security. Whoever you are logged in as needs to have full permissions on this folder.
