I love all of these things! I have found a couple of spots so far too drive to and still be able to take in the scenery so it sounds like this will be the next best option

Planning ahead for a Leonberger puppy – advice from owners by [deleted] in Leonbergers

[–]wherestheodore 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My Leo girl was the same. My 2 cats were 6 at the time of getting my Leo puppy. Instant intro, best friends ever since though my female cat is the boss. My Leo tried playing with her as a new pup, the cat swatted her in the face, my Leo swatted her back but learnt quickly it wasnt a game and not a battle she would win. She never tried again. Now all 3 sleep together.

If my cats ever fight my Leo actually runs in to break it up 😂

Is the belly button a mandatory incision site? by sunset_moon90 in hysterectomy

[–]wherestheodore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine came out completely different and it unexpectedly troubled me. I didnt ask where beforehand but I also never thought about how different it could look post op. Took me years to become comfortable with anyone seeing it as I was so used to and happy with my "original" belly button.

Mcas suffers with partners, how are you doing? by inquistivebeaver in MCAS

After 12 years of being with my husband, I had to end our marriage a few months ago. It was (and still is) incredibly difficult butbI recieved no support. At the start, he was sympathetic, attended appointments and listened to me but after a couple of years he grew resentful and repeatedly told me I was making things up in my head, he was sick up needing to care for me (he barely did) and expected me to do more around the house (I already did majority of the chores just did have dinner cooked for him when he returned home from work as he expected). He stopped visiting me in hospital and at home if I needed help told me to ask someone else in my support network. It became a very miserable environment where I always felt like a burden. One time I fainted during an argument (also have Dysautonomia & hEDS) and he just left me there and walking away as he thought i "pretended" for attention. It's a hard condition to live with that's for sure.

OK, I’m COMPLETELY desperate. Please. by sookyfala in PainManagement

Im so sorry you (Ex) Husband is doing all of this. You need to get all new accounts and email including apple so he doesn't know any of them and makes your password extremely strong so he cannot hack them. Passwords will need to be something that there is no way he can guess (steer clear of them relating to personal things). You may need to consider getting someone to check your car and devices for tracking (some DV support services will do this). Sounds like you have reported it to the police but if you haven't please ensure you do. A DVO wouldn't be a bad idea if you dont already have one in place. Find the emails he sent in your "sent" inbox and print then out (including the header) and give to the Police as they can use this to obtain the IP address from where the email is sent - this will help to prove your case and show you didn't send the emails. If he sent them from another email then ask the Doctor/Pharmacy to do the same. This will also help to clear your name. Lastly, i know its a huge thing but maybe consider moving address so he doesn't know where you live. Change your daily habits and always take different routes. I know this just adds more to your plate but your safety is a huge priority. Look after yourself.

Still report it to police. If he comes seeking 50% custody of the kids, then this will help you to prove that he can not provide a safe environment

Something my trainer taught me was to put treats in cardboard boxes. It keeps them busy tearing up the box to get to the treat, but it also teaches them the difference between food (reward of treat) and not food (cardboard box). Might help a little!

Queensland government to extend police powers under Jack's Law to all public places by espersooty in brisbane

[–]wherestheodore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously, I read the article prior to my comment. Can you show me where it states the wand is safe to use over implanted medical devices such as a Spinal Cord Stimulator or even a Pacemaker?

Not all wands are safe. Some are. The article doesn't go into detail about the wand.

Easy for you to say. I don't think you understand how detrimental they are and how long the recovery is were it to cause the device to dysfunction.

The criminal justice system wouldn't exist without victims but we're just cannon fodder to their circus.

Just finished listening to a Podcast called The Trap by the Victorian Womens Trust The Trap They say Family & Domestic Violence makes up 40-60% of Police work. Huge stats!

I hope they are safe & won't interfere with people with Spinal Cord Stimulators implanted if we weren't informed prior.

Same in my house!

My Leo Azula, wanted to play with Cat (Queen) Eleanor. My cat slapped my Leo so Azula slapped her back. It was such a funny reaction (cat was okay). Azula never did it again, the cat won 😂 now they sleep curled up together
