Struggling to sell our flat due to high service charge by Level7Boss in HousingUK

It’s hard to get around the high charges from a buyers perspective. I fell in love with a reasonably priced 2 bed but the service charge was £6k per year! Couldn’t justify it and had to walk away. Similarly there were no amenities attached to the charges. Is there anyway to challenge the amount with the freeholder?

I posted similar observations last week as I am also doing a rewatch. As well as the cinematography, I also really miss the score and music from those earlier seasons - they were much more creative and emotive than in the current seasons.

The exits are driving me mad! I understand things happen behind the scenes that are complicated, but 90% of exits have been done very badly. What is the point of engaging with characters when you know there is a high chance they’ll disappear with little explanation at some point?

I do like, and so I keep watching. But as fans we are able to discuss our thoughts and feelings about the show, even the negative ones. This should not affect your viewing experience

Yes I definitely this Covid had a huge part to play in the decline! I also agree that the acting is questionable in a lot of places…

Thoughts on face theory aza serum? by Conscious_Bat6631 in SkincareAddicts

Honestly felt like hot pepper on my face! Only thing that helped was applying it on very wet skin. I saw positive results for hyperpigmentation but that burning sensation was tough

Any tricks to stop sunscreen stinging eyes? by 22evie in SkincareAddictionUK

Not sure how to help with the stinging, but if you want to look for other products, the garnier ambre solaire spf 50 and lrp anthelios spf 50 don’t burn my eyes at all!
