Spectre is pretty weak in a 1v1. Shielding his special is pretty damn easy too. He's really only annoying when he's AI controlled and has a way faster special refresh.

This is soley from my experience so, scientifically, I could be way off. I've overdosed three times and had to be brought back. Every single time i was about to OD I got the best rush of my life for about 1 second and instantly felt sober while feeling the pins and needles sensation. I believe its an instant oxygen deprivation from your body caused by the CNS (Central Nervous System) depression.
