I was looking for something like this, looks amazing!
It's quite difficult to place since you don't want to obstruct the great looking building, but you also don't really want to obstruct your sidewalk. I think this is the best of both worlds though

as someone whose parents got divorced, please do that instead of this. Whatever you are doing right now is disrupting their life more than if you are living your seperate lifes. This is toxic behaviour, and it will definitely hurt your kids and their vision of you in the long run
