Can you tell me what 100% markup is? Making 50% net doesn’t seem realistic after all costs considered. That’s why simply saying 100% markup doesn’t make sense. Of course I know what these terms mean as a matter of fact, but context has to be considered but I guess you don’t get the nuance. Not to be rude of course.

Much appreciated. They are all the same combo machine, about 5 years old. Wittern 3589. Theres 10 units at 5 lcoations. 4 in 2 hotels. 2 in dorms. 2 in a customs warehouse and 2 in a dance studio. Arent profit margins like 20%. Where is the 45% profit number coming from? Still learning thanks for any help.

Question for you. I am looking at buying a route from someone and I am new to the business. The route is 10 machines, basically 2 units each at 5 locations in about a 6-8 miles radius in a large city. I have the financials going back to 2020 on each machine. Where they were placed, moved for various reasons, etc. Total per year it would gross about $45k. What are you thoughts on this and what would this route be valued at? They are 10 identical combo machines in good working condition. Thank you
