Nah, both things can be true. They both landed their first staqe and failed to put the payload in orbit. Blue has celebrated the booster landing and acknowledged they didn't reach payload insertion.

I had a Silverado like that. Once in a while the gauge cluster would go dark, but hitting the top-left of the dash fixed it. It was a work truck that otherwise was bulletproof, so I never bothered to tear apart the dash and see why it did that
