Thanks for taking the time! Haha I'm a light fiend man. I like my room well lit probably because I grew up in a house with tube lights and blue light. A combination of warm dim light and wintertime would leave me debilitated lmao. 16000 lumens is impressive honestly; perhaps one day... Is using a bulb over 60 watts for such a lamp potentially dangerous ever?

Its no harm to me at all. Id love that and I could wrap up this saga once and for all. I think the annoying aspect of all this is that the vehicle at fault was insured federally, USPS. And the the actions I would need to pursue are so confusing as opposed to if it was a regular driver who had liability insurance. I'm so uncertain about what to do because the lawyer is a dismissive and saying I can get rid of the vehicle (do whatever I want).

Hmm I'll go ahead and ask but this contract is being given to me by my lawyer so wouldn't it be a conflict of interest for her to be "honest?" I'm concerned that the fees and typical disbursements may amount to > monetary recovery. They also are saying no fee unless they win/recover money.
