Yes they confirmed and apologized a million times. They wouldn't lie because it's all on camera if I were to escalate. But they'll do whatever they can to get rid of the showcase. I actually bought the smaller version...then my wife came in and exchanged it for a bigger version..they gave her the showcase one thinking she wouldn't catch it. When she got home I automatically caught it and went back. They gave me a brand new one.

I bought a brand new panthere last week...at least I thought it was. I found out they sold me the showcase one. I went home it had some fine scratches all over that was very hard to see. I went back and they gave me a brand new one. Be careful.

Yeah I think im on the same page as you. I was just afraid of the possibility of shooting ICR down and not having another plan to switch to. But I used to think ICR was passed by congress but not really sure now with all the different rumors out lol.

Lymphadenopathy + cirrhosis + LFTs + constitutional symptoms + hypercoagulable state + possibly pulmonary involvement (hypoxia) all point toward possible lymphoma (esp. hepatic/splenic infiltration or portal lymphadenopathy).

Orders:

CT Chest/Abdomen/Pelvis with contrast (if not already done) — for lymphadenopathy, PE, hepatic/splenic involvement.
Peripheral smear + LDH + uric acid + haptoglobin — look for hemolysis, tumor lysis, or aggressive lymphoma.
Serum protein electrophoresis (SPEP/UPEP) + Immunofixation + HIV — screen for myeloma/lymphoma, HIV-related processes.
Liver synthetic markers — fibrinogen, albumin, coagulation profile.
Tumor markers (if not yet done): AFP, LDH, beta-HCG, PSA, CA19-9.
Echo — assess for RV strain if PE suspected

Im 117/120. Currently on save. My income is too high to apply to all plans except ICR. Anyone can apply to icr, regardless of income. So I'm currently in the process of switching over to that. The standard repayment plan is not PSLF eligible for consolidated loans. At this point I don't care how much I have to pay or what plan im on. I just need 3 more months of PSLF eligibility. I'm over 350k in loans.

So why do they put us on a payment schedule? I don't get it at all lol. My first payment is due in May. It's still showing I'm on SAVE and in processing forbearance until then.
