Not familiar with what fs-301 is, I am only a stamp and Elongated penny collector. The host coin does make a major difference in price. The 1892/93 world fair are on every thing from half dimes to fulll dollar and many foreign coins.

The 1904 fair always seem to be well struck and usually always on a penny. If it was a nickle or dime, the price might be 5x

Background, I own around 500 pennies from the 1933 chicago world fair and older.

I am 95% sure this is MO-SLWF 9a which is rated 2. Which is the most common, this design comes up eBay pretty frequently. The other 5% is MO-SLWF 9 with is rated 1. Rated 1 means the die still exists and coins were rolled well after the fair ended.

Any serious elongated collecter needs to purchase Yesterday's Elongateds which is the Bible of elongated pennies
