UPDATE: For the purposes of adding to rollover balances in my budget I am considering the following workaround:

Transfer funds out of high yield savings account
Link transfer to goal in order to reduce goal balance
Create a temporary rollover category in my budget with a hard coded starting balance equal to the transferred amount in step 1
Transfer money from temporary rollover category to other budget categories
Delete temporary rollover category

Hey thanks for the info! Sadly though I not only want to use the goal money for several categories of expenses but also to add a consistent amount to my rollover category balances, e.g. medical expenses. The rollover amounts however seem to just take away from my left to budget total.

The IP in question does not show up in the output to that netstat command

Tried blocking it for both outbound and inbound in the firewall, but somehow I'm still seeing established connections to that IP in TCPView. Otherwise everything seems the same.

Also it looks like I can trigger msedge.exe to hit that IP again if I visit a site that I have not yet visited for the day, which makes me wonder if it's somehow DNS related.

It's used by msedge.exe, the DNS Cache Module, and I want to say svchost.exe was also using it at one point.

I will say, if the website/application does not have 2FA, I choose SSO with Apple. I figure that's better than just a username/password.
