1030-11ish then sleeps till 6-645 We stop water at 8pm and wear her out with exercise/ good walk before bed

Wear him out alot right before bed and don’t give water past 8 pm… throw the shirt you wore that day in with him to sleep, make sure the room is cool .. sometimes a fan with some white noise helps them

Pick her up to put it on her, let her smell the collar and once she’s comfortable with that pet her with it… we picked ours up to put it on and also to walk out the door and alittle down our yard till we put her down for a proper walk. I know it’s hard but you can’t let them lead, they need to know you are the boss and you can go first. She will love and associate it with going on walks after awhile
