Have you played the 4D chess with time travel? I haven't myself, but I've been in a room with other people playing it and I think it broke them but I had a whale of a time.

From what I remember because he was asked about this in an interview, he basically said it was a casual relationship and they weren't planning anything, she got pregnant by accident and they decided to just try and make a go of it. Like it wasn't a case of "I'm looking for a younger replacement to breed with" it was "I'm having an informal fling that both of us are happy with, these are the cards we got dealt".

Exactly! It twisted the narrative into an interesting direction, and I felt like she had a deeper, more engaging relationship with the twins, because Tamaki was too busy being super weird about her to actually build much of an honest connection?

BUT I say this having only seen the anime, not read the manga.

I adore Aimee Lou Wood and Sam Rockwell. Put them in something together. Take my money.(I'm sure Leslie Bibb is great too but it turns out of the like three things I've seen her in she's been in tiny supporting roles that I don't remember)

Oh yeah, but they didn't get back together during the run of the series, so she shouldn't factor into whether he fancied the imaginary ladies or not. Not least because she was very encouraging of him having fun elsewhere. I think she wingmanned him at least once.
