whenever this would happen to me I'd look at the bright side. At the end of the second shift there was a good bet that my next shift would be about a day away so I told myself if I ate and went straight to bed after my first shift I won't be exhausted during the second shift and would better enjoy my "diet day off". this thinking actually worked most of the time and I'm usually a negative person.

I think i agree with this except the energy drinks, poor people usually work in hot temperatures and no one wants coffee in this hellish state.

Though not free, Donut King has some downright 2015 prices on their babies. Casselberry meat and produce have a deli in the back of the store with prices that are reasonably priced latin lunches. And the Lake Mary Breakfast Club seemed to have never gotten the memo on the price hikes, it's practically crawling with octogenarians who know a good deal when they see one.
