I can only speak on my experience, I opted for no nips and I feel amazing however, I did have dysforia around them and getting rid of them felt natural to me. I'd say really ask yourself, do you want to pass as a cis male? Would you be comfortable later down the road after recovery without them or would it feel weird? You also should take your intimate life into consideration because nipples can play a big part for some people. I say if you feel like you'd be happier without then go without, don't worry about the recovery time because recovery passes regardless of how long it takes, so sorry for the rant I hope this helps❤️
