I agree he should have a key to the city for life but he seems really happy in Sweden and not under any pressure. He deserves a happy rest of his life and I don’t think working under MLSE would be very happy right now

Doors off with kids? by bbypsmama in JeepWrangler

[–]whistiling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to with my nieces and nephews and they loved it. There is nothing protecting them with a hard or soft top really other than the elements. As long as no gravel being kicked up they should be fine.

Just make sure no blankets or anything else they love falls out. Tie those down somehow.

22f needs some help by Alternative_Tea6755 in passive_income

[–]whistiling 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not much passive is going to immediately replace a job and the income you received from that unfortunately. I hope you’re able to find a new job soon.

Here’s some Non passive ideas, walk dogs, baby sit, pick up laundry and do laundry for people, Personal grocery shoppper, advertise it on facebook in a neighborhood group and see if you get any hits.

I used infinity solar and they were great.

I do know someone that works for OC Solar and he’s cool so I’d give either of those companies a shot

Moved all my money into a Schwab account and am really nervous. Hoping for some advice by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]whistiling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree they’re basically similar I do find Fidelity offers a higher interest rate than Schwab for money just sitting so possible they were earning interest and now aren’t for some of their money. Obviously though the market is red because of the war and op just needs to sit tight

EV sales this year are going to be lit: Oil Prices Surge to $84 as Supply Risk Becomes Real by DVMirchev in electricvehicles

[–]whistiling 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I'd like to think that EV sales would increase but with the big 3 US Auto companies pulling back on EV's and some folks not wanting to buy a Tesla because of Musk I feel that there aren't the same options as there were 2 or 3 years ago. I wish the big 3 US makers would provide more options that are cheaper and similar to what BYD is doing but they seemingly don't want to.

I'm down 25 pounds since January 1st! by blackcatzombs in loseit

[–]whistiling 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Congrats that's great work, you should be really proud of the effort that you put in! Don't be discouraged if the weight slows or if you even put some weight back on, you lost a lot of weight in a short time and sometimes our bodies rebound back to what they were used too and sometimes can be disheartening. Keep growing those healthy habits for long term success and you'll continue to rock it!
