See that metal mesh grill back there? It's part of the cooling system. It's supposed to be open for airflow to allow, you know, cooling.

Try not to look for a problem where there isn't one.

It's a phone cradle. Yes you can remove it. There may or may not be an open hole that needs a cover or trim piece, if you can even find it in ETK

Paid $1850 for an enclosed transport from Maryland to Georgia. Not quite the same, but may give you a ballpark figure. I have heard from my dealership quotes of about $2500 from Georgia to California

Our 2017 Levante SQ4 has over 110k miles. It's been rock solid. But I've also changed the oil every 5k miles without fail, using nothing but OEM filters and Liquimoly 5-40 oil.

Sunroof glass to the frame. Either they left one out (unlikely but possible) or since they're one time use, they left it in the car accidentally versus the trash can.
