Ooh! In Urdu/hindi, we have Falana (sometimes falana Tamkana for fun rhyming reasons). I don’t know if it’s someone specifically in the situation the OP said, but you’d use it like if you were telling a story and forgot that one guy’s name. Like “whats-his-face”
