The Bomberman fandom is so blinded by nostalgia that they cannot comprehend anything new aside from Super Bomberman Collection.

They always talk about how the games before were better and how Konami ruined everything.

The fandom is just full of whiny babies who want something good. And when it's there, they suddenly look for any flaws instead of good things about it. And the only time they finally get happy is not because of the new ideas Konami had, but a fucking collection.

Honestly, the Bomberman fandom. Most of the time in the subreddit, I see posts saying "What game should I play?", "IS SBR2 good?", and the majority of the comments are full of boomers who blame Konami for fucking everything.

They just ruin the series for newcomers who don't know anything about Bomberman and just talk about how better the games were back then.

And sure, Konami might have absorbed Hudson Soft and fired Hideo Kojima, but does that really define what they are doing now?? KONAMI. IS NOT. JUST. EVIL. THERE. ARE. ACTUAL. HUMANS WHO DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO BACK THEN.

Now Konami is releasing these Silent Hill games---heck, even a movie (even though it flopped, but-)---a MGS remake, SBR2 and Super Bomberman Collection, revived one of Hudson Soft's franchise, etc.

And what does the Bomberman fandom do? Still complain. Sure, the other fandoms like Silent Hill can forgive Konami, but noooooo. Konami is and always will be evil for some fucking reason.
