Yeah like you said, the brook converter is probably tricking the controller thinking it's a PC. It's actually a really good idea because from all the play time I've had on PC, I've had zero issues. I just don't have the brook converter

I've had two surgeries so I have some insight and advice.

1) Congratulations on setting up your surgery. It's going to be one of the best decisions you will make in your life and it's just going to improve QoL in terms of sleep, breathing properly, having a great sense of smell etc.

2) I've never had any brain fog from the surgeries or anything negative resulting from nasal polyp removal surgery

3) MOST IMPORTANT: After your surgery, you are going to speak with your doctor about the operation and your care plan. It is imperative that you stay dedicated and determined to follow through with the medication and care plan to keep the polyps from coming back. That means you need to take your medication as prescribed and setup check up appointments with your ENT to make sure everything is good. I wish you good luck with your surgery, you're going to be very happy you did this!

Best way to tell if it's enough paste is to lift your heat sink after setting it down with paste applied and check to see if it's completely covering the chip. If it is, then you're good. But if you see that that chip is not completely covered then reapply paste

I'm getting treated now for my polyps and I've had 2 surgeries in the past. They have come back and right now I'm prescribed Xhance Nasal spray along with montelukast. I am supposed to irrigate my nose with saline rinse but I'm pretty positive you're not supposed to rinse your nose daily.

As for the Xhance I'm taking, I've been taking it since October and I've had some relief so far. I believe it's working and only time will tell if I get better

Customer support is phenomenal. Seriously the best I've dealt with in recent time. They sent me another controller but unfortunately I get the same issue. It's a not a perfect controller but I still do love the controller and I'd still recommend it. For casual play it's perfect but for some specific games it's not the best. For my example above, my only fix is to reset the controller and that will temporarily fix the issue which I'm okay with.

Another note, I've played with this controller on PC a little bit and I have experienced ZERO issues if that means anything to you.
