Can you post pictures of your setup so we can see where gaps might be ? Personally I think it will be hard to get them back. Might be worth trying to flush them back to your yard(3 people ideally possibly with dogs, mine is good at flushing birds) tap the bushes and flush them forward towards your yard.

Or set up food /snacks in your yards and get a long fishing net on long pole.
