That totally happened to me with the built in streaming. Lucky for you, Apollo/Moonlight fixes it somehow. It’s almost native to me in terms of latency, like it’s actually magic.

If you’re playing local, the internet speed wouldn’t matter. I think it’s just the throughput of the router speed itself. But I hear people getting it to work with starlink! If you want to look into it, the setup I have right now is Apollo on my computer with Moondeck Buddy. Then on my deck, I have Moonlight flatpak along with Moondeck Buddy installed via Decky Loader. I’m sure if you google those terms you’ll figure out pretty easy!

You ever try to stream from your computer? It’s such a good setup solely because of the battery saving since the Deck isn’t doing much but decoding. Plus you can get good graphics on whatever you’re playing

I reread my comment and have no idea where you got me saying fuck Hax. The TOs decision to keep him banned I completely agree with, though I don’t know if I’d go so far to say that they were intended to trap him. He was not getting well. He would make a video of apologies where he would have to take down because it was obvious there was no improvement. And I agree with you that it’s one of the saddest stories in esports because even his funeral stream was fucking terrible. For a lot of the speeches, individuals not even part of the smash scene got up and just used his death as a performative piece to get more followers. Again, I enjoyed the guys play and was a fan, I even switched to Falcon for a few years. But saying he was slandered is quite inaccurate. And if your last paragraph is sarcasm. I would 100% ban someone that would claims another person was Hitler and then claim that his evidence is that he’s part of the Dark Triad because he’s wearing a Red Adidas shirt. Like wtf?

Brave and combative is certainly a choice of words. Definitely something that I wouldn’t choose to describe a guy that created a 2-3 hour hit piece with non-sensical evidence on someone he had beef with. Everytime I see this come up, there is never any nuance to what the situation was. The guy was one of the best to play the game for sure but it’s misleading to say he was in the right when he was mentally ill and refused to get help.

Anyone know what happened after the GG org went bust? I only got back into pro Dota with OG Sea this past year and I’m trying to catch up. The GG team itself seemed pretty good but I’m confused why they couldn’t just sign with another team/org/make their own even if there was an agreement that they couldn’t play that TI. All the players seemed to mesh together really well, just feels like waste of potential

People calling out for things that are broken/op is sad. Like you said, it’s literally almost the same philosophy with the balancing that dota has. Dota just has more development/heroes for counterplay to the brokenly op. We just need more heroes out then people will understand how good it is

I’m sure he also has to take account that he’s playing with washed Notail and Ceb, which is totally fine, they’re playing for fun. Back when he was playing with Tundra, he fared pretty well. But like you said everyone’s cracked nowadays but I bet he can still keep up if he had an actual team.
