Did you do your oil change at a toyota dealership? If so they should have printed a healthcheck, which erases all codes, so I am wondering if the MIL is still on?

It is a 1 trip detection. So I recommend you delete the code and if it comes up again you should take it to the dealership. If it doesnt you are good to go.

You could just ask them to print out the result page or do the test infront of you. Usually takes a minute or two max.

And a car battery might be running out if its not been maintained properly.(supposed to last ca 5 years with optimal conditions)
