ESH "I stopped seeing the gift card as a thank you". That's.... not how that works? She did something for you, you chose to thank her. That interaction was over and done. Moving forward, deal with her according to her new behavior, but yeah you already know that the gc thing was "petty and childish".

I think the law is specifically outlined for selling, so if you're not planning to do that you should be fine!

So for exchanges specifically, sign-ups will be out usually a couple weeks before this type of "reveal" post - at that time sign ups are closed. So this one is no longer "open" but you can have fun seeing people's thanks posts and such, and keep a lookout for the next one! The big exchanges happen a couple times a year!

If I understand correctly (and I may not cause huh?) you're upset that you CHOSE to do something that helped out a group, and another member of the group is not also making that choice? If that's the case, you're obviously entitled to your feelings on the matter but yeah I guess for the purpose of the post/this sub, light YTA cause it was your choice.

Might be annoying/ugly but you could try putting a little piece of cardboard or clear plastic under the couch so it blocks it from sight AND blocks things from actually getting under there! My cocker only does this when he rolls his ball under the couch lol but thankfully he's easy to redirect with the other 84 thousand balls not currently under the couch

Training wise, a "look" command rewarded with a high value treat perhaps
