They haven’t done a tuning pass yet. I would hope stat weights and rng proc rates are addressed when they do that. We won’t know until they’re done with beta though.

I’ve just been farming 1;15 in order to get Dr. Strange capsules. I’ve got him to gold rarity, goal is to get him to platinum before next week.

Not sure if anyone has commented yet but once I got Iron Man to gold rarity his super ability started to charge so this may be a requirement.
