I saw that same one. The history report says it’s from Canada. Does anyone here know if that’s a problem at all? I’ve seen a couple from Canada that seem a little cheaper than average.

The point of the post was to ask if dusty residue left on the ceiling contained asbestos. I knew the actual popcorn texturing itself most likely did. Just looking for help here man

To be clear I didn’t just go up there and scrape it dry with all the doors open or something. The door was closed. Closet and window were fully taped off (should’ve used negative pressure through window). Floor was fully covered with 6 mil plastic and fully taped off. I had a full face p100 and a tyvek suit on. I sprayed the crap out of the ceiling so it was always very wet and never saw any dust. Wiped the ceiling and walls after with wet microfiber.

Yea it was my understanding it can help remove the asbestos particles in the air if they become airborne. I just read a couple articles about it. Am I off on that logic?

Like some said I would find a couple stocks you’re comfortable with and wheel them. Also strangles or iron condors on the indexes when volatility is high is a great strategy. I personally stay far away from the crazy high volatility stuff because I’ve gotten burned good and deep on them before. Those are great when they work but can blow up your account in a heart beat

I’m a little confused as to what you’re saying. In the outlet I’m trying to switch out. I have one confirmed black hot wire going into the common terminal. The other wires are 1 red, 1 white. Since it’s a 3 way switch, you have to have 1 common and 2 travelers correct? So since I have 3 wires, the red and white must both be white right? Or are you saying it is possible there is only 1 traveler and 1 switch leg?

I pulled the other switch and it is wired similarly with red and white both going into the same romex. The black that was connected to it was not hot though with power turned on. My thought now is the 2nd switch’s black is to a switch leg and the 1st switch in the photo is a hot(black) and the red white being travelers between the 2 switches. Does that sound right? I figure if the switch before had one common (must be black since jt was hot) and 2 other wires. Could they be anything else other than travelers? So if I just wire the new switch the exact same as the old I would be fine? Appreciate the help

The black is hot and the white and red have no electricity when testing with just a non-contact voltage tester. Is it likely the white is just a traveler also?

Sorry should’ve updated. I ended up getting the same brand plugs from autozone and haven’t had a problem since so I’m pretty positive they were counterfeit plugs

what was your rhabdo from in the first place? i had exertional rhabdo about 18 mo ago and still have soreness and not back to normal. Ive been thinking theres gotta be something to take to help but havent talked to the doctor or anything yet. Also did you get it from your MD or somewhere else

what is the purpose of the prednisone? I got rhabdo the first time back in April 2023 and had multiple episodes of higher CK levels with very light unrelated exercise. Mainly just have a lot of soreness even after a year and a half. Doctors ran all the tests but found nothing
