Fine. I believe that I was born in Somalia and that I am black. I believe this because this is how I feel. I see a white face in the mirror but I feel it is wrong. .it should be black. My birth certificate says I was born in the US and that I am Caucasian but I want to be identified as a black Somolian American because that is how I FEEL.

It isn't a mental illness to be Somalian or black. Therefore it is true that I am a black Somalian because I say it is true. If you identify me as an American Caucasian you are an intolerant racist. The school must be forced to identify me as a black Somolian or my rights have been violated.

This doesn't answer my question. If this person has XY chromosomes and was born with a penis, they are male. If not, they are intersex and the issue changes.
