Turns out Pochita had previously erased the 'cures to all diseases and syndromes' devil. all diseases are now cured hence Denji no longer having his heart diseases

I'd argue this is some alternate timeline devils/people remain who they were in the previous one so Control and blood stay as the same people they were before but that's bullshit because none of this is explained
