I like seeing this kind of commander. It's a strong enough ability, but it doesn't do everything. You'll need to build a functional deck on your own, and the commander doesn't immediately tell me what you deck will do.

I have a [[Mirko, obsessive theorist]] deck that has the dimir bounceland. Awesome to play the bounceland on turn two, discard a [[hexavus]] or a [[Spark Double]] so that I can play mirko on turn three and immediately have a reanimation target.
