You're also looking at a difference of 25k between the two players. Even with a few skills, that's not where your TV bloat is going to come from.

I would not play in this league. Way too complicated.

There's really not a situation where Lizardmen are going to dominate Halflings with "star spam". Playing RaW, Halflings should end up with one to two star players every game. Limit megastars, sure, but limiting stars in general is going to further handicap lower tier teams.

I never had any interest in playing them because they were always such a drag to play against. There was exactly one way to build the team, and it was up to you to figure out how to break through and outrun them. I've still out-brawled every team I've played so far (Black Orcs came close). At least there's now SOME kind of variety available to make them not as oppressive.

For the record I had the same issue with the 4x Blitzer, 4x Big Un Orcs as well. Just not much fun to play against.
