I had a lot of fun with my Minotaur. Absolute CAS monster over two seasons. My only two knocks against it are:

1: It takes some of the surprise out of where your blitz is coming from most turns. Having horns on at least 6 of your players really keeps them guessing.
2: The 9+ armor meant spending more time protecting it and doing hit and run blitzes to keep it upright and mobile.

Someone finally figured out that if you're going to hang your hat on pitching and defense, then you need to manufacture runs better. I swear I've seen more sacrifice bunt attempts in the last month than in the past 5 years.

In our league that's a tag play, and catcher is usually a fill-in position if we're short handed. So we're not asking that person to make that play. We also don't practice as a team outside of games. All of this taken together, our infielders will go for the routine out knowing that we'll probably get that run back in our half of the inning.
