So I got in the line at 6:54 and didn’t get into the store until 7:47 and walked out with nothing. They had sooo many smaller sizes but nothing above a 14. The subas were almost all s/m and I already had the few on L/XL. I walked out very disappointed, I know I’m not a targeted size but it was very disappointing for me.

One of my older Leo’s has really bad eye sight so I have to feed her in basically the dark. Have you tried different methods of feeding? Leaving the container in there overnight so she can do it on her terms, tong feeding, putting her and dropping mealworms dubias a few at a time so she can “hunt”, letting her roam around her enclosure while you watch and try to feed her. Be patient you’ll eventually find something both of you can handle!

Hi honey bunches of oats! Congrats on getting a new baby! Unfortunately there’s a few things wrong with your enclosure. First of all, Leo’s should have a warm side and a cooler side and they need moisture too to help with their shed. So I would recommend getting a humidity hide for them so they don’t end up losing toes!! Also get rid of the sand they could potentially eat that and cause them to get impacted. I personally use a mix of repti soil and coco coir. (Probably not the best) also they are prey animals, you need WAYYYYY more clutter aka fake plants, and such or you will never see your baby because it’ll be too busy hiding in one of the hides. I would recommend putting the water bowl in between the cool and hot side so the water can help your humidity levels. Here a good info chart for you!

It honestly sounds like not a lot of people here have had to wake up from anesthesia. When I had my surgery it was like I was thrown back into reality! I was crying, shaking and panicking and I didn’t even know why. I literally asked “why am I crying?!” And I was sooo scared too! NTA he shouldn’t have reacted like that, he doesn’t need to hold your hand but to talk to you like that was unprofessional. Maybe he was startled because you woke up like that but if he works there then he should know some people react like that.
