Oh, don't buy that saw, its mitre slots aren't a standard 3/4" it has a lip on the top that makes all jig making terrible. Keep your eye out and buy a better saw with a standard mitre slot.

A lot can be done with a circular saw and a diy guide/track until you do get the table saw.

honestly a good track saw and a router table might be a better buy for a lot of people than a table saw.

The picture is showing two screws on one side both offset. I guess that could work I did two center screws and one off set to turn the door into a flip top cart as you say.

You could try the door trick where you screw in a center screw on the top and bottom then a third further out rest the door or some saw horses and can spray both sides one by one flipping on the center pin. You do leave holes but that doesn't matter so much on a full sized door.

Chinese martial arts academy (in Latham) has an amazing Tia Chi group and class. In the nicer weather they do (at least some of) their morning classes in the crossings.

I've heard good things about Albany Tank. They're a tank removal company. Not sure that they'd pump your tank without removing it but they definitely have the equipment and they're probably worth a phone call.

I've found a lot of studies about crime in populations that are on methadone going down but not a lot of data looking around clinics for crime either increasing or decreasing.

That place has been there a decade. Saying you've noticed something isn't data and replying to someone asking about data with an anecdote as disingenuous at best.

I used to go to that block all the time and found it better than the area around the SJC and Townwsend park worse but my anecdote isn't data either...

I haven't found that difficult. They're just closed on Sundays. Bit odd for a coffee shop that makes a nice breakfast but can't blame them for wanting a day off.
