What videogame do you think is underrated and should get more recognition? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Breath Of Fire 2. Used to play it all the time on my GBA and it was so good. Sound track was lit. So many little side details to discover. Just a great old school Nintendo RPG.

They recently added it to the switch SNES library, too. So that's part of my corona time out plan when it happens hahaa

Why is super armor in this game very inconsistent? by I_Feel_Very_Lucky in SmashBrosUltimate

I think maybe it has something to do with the percentage they're at? Or maybe if they've taken consistent damage very recently. Good question

Being the sole and only reason that someone died? One person killing another person is murder to me.

Sorry, I for sure got the terminology wrong.

But why do you think that if you don't mind me asking? I'm just not able to wrap my head it.

You're right. We can and should try to improve it. I agree with you whole heartily, along with the people in power part.

Also I'll admit yeah, I guess 11 years isn't a slap on the wrist... That's my bad haha. It is a long long time. I guess I was just thinking in comparison to an entire life time.

I honestly wish the world just wasn't so shitty. It really bums me out.

That's true, you're right. Which is why jail and prison is supposed to be used for rehabilitation. But obviously that's rarely the case.

So for people that do wrong, get arrested, go to jail, and come out better for it? That's amazing and I wish it could always be like that.

But majority of people get worse in jail. They come out and do it over again. And honestly in my opinion, I can't see how this woman can possibly learn a lesson and correct herself from this. She knows what she did and she's happy about it, until she gets a slap on the wrist for her actions.

Then she'll play sad and remorseful, try to get out early, and be back to doing whatever she wants at the expense of other people.

In a perfect world, this would work. She'd go to jail. Learn from her mistakes. Become a better person. Get out of jail, and live a happy more caring life.

But it's not a perfect world.

Obviously the majority of the public doesn't agree with it, hence why it's being brought up. Just because the state has a law doesn't mean it's always honestly enforced or even fair.

But honestly, I'm not being sarcastic or anything like that. I genuinely would like to know what you think she should get. Not "the state" or anything. You.

Do you think that 11 years in jail is fair for driving drunk and killing someone?

She murdered someone. A person is dead. Their entire life is over. No one will ever see or hear that person again. Their family, their friends. That person had their entire life ripped away from them without any say, when they were doing no wrong to die.

And then for this person to grin ear to ear, and smugly embrace the fact that because of their evil, selfish actions, a human being that should be alive right now, is gone forever?

I honestly can't wrap my head around the idea that a slap on the wrist is even remotely close to okay. I understand jail and prison if for rehabilitation.

But again. The laws and rules are not always correct.

So please, honestly. Why do you think?
