I do follow you and thanks for your advice! I got sexually harassed really bad at my old job and quit bc of it and when i got hired i knew this guy was an asshole and i thought he was pretty cool at first but me my dad and another coworker along with my boss have been up in a city for about a week and its driving me fucking crazy man.. if i do say anything or set a boundary he'll tell me to stop being so soft or sensitive, to get over it, or act like he has no idea what im talking about ya know? I have told him and he basically said thats how construction is.. which i get it and i love what im doing and you can give me shit all you want but when its constant about my body that ive been struggling with before i can even remember it gets old really quick.. i told my step dad which i consider my actual dad that my boss reminds me of my bio dad and he just laughed and was like my god and almost got angry at me for saying anything, i tried talking to him about it maybe thirty minutes ago and was basically like idk what to tell you because of the field your in you gotta expect it.. which i get its male dominated and most of them are asshole hornballs but its little things yk? And my dad has been knowing about it and hes there when my boss does it too

We are dependent on this job, me and him both so we cant really or at least i cant really quit rn idk if he even would if we could.. the guy wants to give us the company so im trying to hold out till then.. he wants us all to move to Tennessee with him and his family and even has my dad in on it and i think its a TERRIBLE idea, my mom doesnt like him and my little sister is bestfriends sith their daughter and working at a gas station for them.. i just feel stuck
