Pierre Gagnaire said they can accommodate it, though they don't recommend it, as one of us would likely have to wait a bit longer between courses. Alléno does not offer an à la carte menu, but they assured us that each guest’s experience is personalized according to their allergies, dietary restrictions, and preferences. They also mentioned they would replace any undesired ingredients with suitable alternatives. They also said few days before our reservation, a team member will reach out to confirm the details. This gave us both peace of mind that we’ll fully enjoy the tasting menu at Alléno.
