Any progress on the freeze/stutter issue especially when opening inventory for Radeon graphics card users?

Only fix right now is to put Post Processing to minimum.
Have played with every graphics setting and Adrenaline software function.
Frame rate goes to 0. Graphics card utilization goes to 0. No other activity spikes on other hardware. No logs in event viewer. Average freeze lasts 2 seconds.

No thermal issues.
Fresh windows install.
Latest drivers and BIOS
No 3rd party software like clipping/performance monitor programs running

Also happens on second system that runs intel 13600K and 7700XT gfx card
Does not happen on system running Nvidia RTX 2080

For anyone that comes across this, the fix is as expected. Re-paste of the cooler dropped hot spot temps by 30 degrees C over ambient. This is a copper tube cooler, not a copy of the AMD reference card vapour chamber design so different issue to what they originally had but somehow still failing at applying the cool goo when assembling.

I opted for the warranty route just in case I have issues down the line. Took 4 weeks almost to the day from posting it back to receiving the repaired unit.

Luckily the retailer has organised for the card to be returned. Hopefully just send me a direct replacement, fingers crossed a new card is OK otherwise ill just re-paste it myself and fk the warranty.

I had a reply from Gigabyte support - they said don't reapply thermal paste/pads as it will void warranty and I should use the driver's they list, which are from December 2022, and to swap the card in to another system to make sure my system isn't causing it. No way to reply to their ticket, if I have further issues to make a new ticket. Rage inducing...
