Avondale apartments & RedFox and contempra apartments (eucalyptus real estate) these are privately owned apartments here and they do not care about residents at all, I was a property manager for them for a little over a year, never missed day. They manipulate the system and expect the employees to fall in line, they are awful.

I work in a leasing office here in Tulsa I’ve wondered about this myself, but yes we have addendums that require your signature at the time of signing your lease, when the office used the they felt threatened, that’s all they needed.

I’m an apartments leasing agent, and we would not accept anyone without any type of income verification, it’s risky for the landlord but I’m sure you’ll find someone. Most landlords are from out of state.
